Pick the shop and the amount. MoreBack names the card in your wallet that pays most on this basket, and says why.
Search by name or issuer and tap to add. Card names only, never card numbers.
At the door, tap Near me. Every shop around you, with your best card for each.
Type what you pay for broadband. MoreBack checks it against providers’ own prices.
A nudge before a fee renews or an intro rate ends, so nothing catches you out.

No bank login and nothing to link. What could I earn?
The one in your wallet. Nothing to apply for.
Most of us carry two to six cards and tap whichever is on top. MoreBack reads the small print for each one, shop by shop, and tells you which to use before you pay.

Shops MoreBack covers
Ranked shop by shop, because Tesco isn’t Sainsbury’s and Deliveroo isn’t Just Eat. In store, at the pump, on the train or at checkout online.
Shops and brands across the UK, plus your best everyday card everywhere else.
How much could you earn?
Move the sliders to your usual spend. The estimate uses rates published by each issuer that MoreBack has checked.
The small print, done for you.
The answer already allows for the catches you only find on page four of the terms.
-
Caps and conditions
Monthly caps, minimum payments and Amex acceptance are part of the answer, not a footnote you find later.
Example£15 of your £15 left this month · £14.90 left after this

Paying abroad
Switch on abroad mode for the card you hold with the lowest overseas fee, and a reminder to pay in the local currency.

Is MoreBack safe?
You tell MoreBack card names, never card numbers. There is no bank login and nothing to link. Your account holds your email, a hashed password and the cards and shops you saved, and you can download or delete it from Account.
Where do the rates come from?
From each issuer’s own published terms, with the date they were read. Monthly caps, minimum spends and Amex acceptance count in the answer. Rates change, so check the issuer’s terms before you rely on a figure.
Is it worth it?
Put your usual spend into the calculator. It prices each type of spend with rates MoreBack has checked. Your own figure depends on the cards you hold.
Does it cost anything?
MoreBack is free while it’s in private testing and takes no payments. Founding members get MoreBack Premium free when we launch: the first 500 get their first year free and the next 500 get 6 months free. Offer terms.
Will it tell me to get a new card?
No. MoreBack only ranks cards you already hold. It never suggests cards to apply for, and nobody pays MoreBack to put a card first.
Which shops does it cover?
Shops and brands across the UK, from Tesco and Sainsbury’s to Shell, TfL and Deliveroo. Anywhere else, it shows your best everyday card.
Does it work abroad?
Switch on abroad mode for the card you hold with the lowest overseas fee, and a reminder to pay in the local currency.
Do rewards beat interest?
Only if you clear a credit card in full each month. Interest wipes out cashback fast.
Is there an iPhone app?
