Accessibility
MoreBack should work for everyone at the shop or the checkout, on a phone, with a screen reader, zoomed in, or with a keyboard.
What we aim for
WCAG 2.2 level AA across the website and the app at moreback.co.uk.
How it was tested
- Automated checks with axe-core (WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules) on 13 views (including the app with every More section open and the loyalty barcode on screen), at 390 px phone width and 1280 px desktop width: 0 violations on 27 October 2026.
- Content reflows at 320 px wide and at 200% zoom without sideways scrolling.
- Every control has a visible focus ring and a name, and motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
- A check runs on every change to MoreBack: one heading level 1 per page, labelled fields, named buttons and links, unique ids and landmarks, zoom allowed, and text contrast of at least 4.5:1.
What we know isn't right yet
- We haven't yet tested with VoiceOver on iPhone or TalkBack on Android on real devices.
- The loyalty card barcode is a picture for the shop's scanner. Its number is shown in large text under it, and read out by screen readers.
- Links to shops' and providers' own pages (gift card balances, cancel guides, bill check) go to sites we don't control.

MoreBack is an information tool, not a lender or credit broker. It only compares cards you already hold, and never recommends a new card.
