How to cancel Uber One
The steps from Uber One's own help page, in plain English.
Steps
- In the Uber app tap Account, then Uber One.
- Scroll to Manage Membership.
- Select End Membership and follow the prompt.
Good to know
- Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day, or the next payment still comes out. Closer than that: contact Uber support.
- Free trial or paused? Benefits end when you cancel. Otherwise they run to the end of the period.
