How to cancel The Gym Group

Steps
- Open The Gym Group app, or sign in to the members' area on their website.
- Go to My membership and follow the cancel steps.
Good to know
- Pay by recurring card payment? Their customer service team cancels it for you over Live Chat.
- Make the change at least 4 working days before your next collection date to avoid that payment.
