How to cancel Spotify Premium
The steps from Spotify Premium's own help page, in plain English.
Steps
- Go to Manage your plan on your Spotify account page (spotify.com/account).
- Select Cancel subscription.
Good to know
- Premium carries on until your next billing date, then the account switches to free. Playlists and saved music stay.
- Cancelling during a zero-priced free trial switches you to free straight away.
- Family or Duo: only the plan manager can cancel the plan; a member following the steps just leaves it.
- No option to change plan? It's billed by a partner (a mobile or broadband provider): check Payment on Manage your plan.
