How to cancel PureGym
The steps from PureGym's own help page, in plain English.
Steps
- Sign in to the Member's Area on puregym.com (menu, top left, then Sign in).
- Select Manage on the Your gym pass tile.
- Select Manage under Freeze or cancel your membership.
- Select Cancel my contract free membership under the Cancel your membership tile, then follow the steps on screen.
Good to know
- Cancel at least 4 working days before your next payment, so no more payments are taken. Your membership ends the day before your next payment day.
- No cancel option? Your next payment is probably already on its way: PureGym's help centre explains what to do.
- Coming back soon? PureGym suggests freezing instead.
