How to cancel PlayStation Plus
The steps from PlayStation Plus's own help page, in plain English.
Steps
- On the web: sign in to PlayStation Account Management, choose Subscription, then Cancel Subscription next to PlayStation Plus.
- On PS5: Settings > Users and Accounts > Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions > PlayStation Plus > Cancel Subscription.
- On PS4: PlayStation Plus > Manage Membership > Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
Good to know
- You keep the benefits until the current period ends. Reactivate Subscription undoes it before the next payment date.
