How to cancel NOW

The steps from NOW's own help page, in plain English.

Steps

Sign in on the NOW website and go to Membership & Payment (nowtv.com/gb/account/membership). It can't be done in the NOW app.
Choose the membership, Boost or Ultra Boost you don't want, then Cancel membership (or Cancel viewing experience) and follow the steps.

Good to know

NOW suggests a computer or tablet rather than a phone. A confirmation email comes within 3 hours.
More than one membership? Cancel each one. Minimum-term plans end at the end of the term; payments continue until then.
Paying through BT TV, EE TV or another partner? Cancel with them.
