How to cancel Netflix
The steps from Netflix's own help page, in plain English.
Steps
- Go to Netflix's Manage your membership page (netflix.com/cancelplan) and sign in if asked.
- Tap or click Cancel.
- Under Cancel, tap or click Finish Cancellation. Netflix emails a confirmation.
Good to know
- Signing out or deleting the app doesn't cancel. Only these steps end the membership.
- You can keep watching until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
- No cancel option? You're billed by a partner (a TV or mobile provider): your Netflix Account page says who to contact.
- Want a break instead? Netflix offers Pause for 1 Month on most plans (not Basic, Direct Debit or gift cards).
