How to cancel Disney+
The steps from Disney+'s own help page, in plain English.
Steps
- Log in to your Disney+ account in a web browser on a computer or phone (not the TV app).
- Select your Profile, then Account.
- Under Subscription, select your Disney+ subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription, answer the optional survey, and complete the cancellation.
Good to know
- You keep watching until the end of the billing period you've paid for, or the end of a minimum term if your plan has one. No more charges after that.
- Cancelling doesn't delete your Disney+ account or your MyDisney login.
- Signed up through another company (a TV, broadband or mobile provider, or an app store)? Cancel with them.
- Want a break instead? Monthly plans billed by Disney+ can be paused from the same Account page (not some promotions or minimum-term plans).
