How to cancel Deliveroo Plus
The steps from Deliveroo Plus's own help page, in plain English.
Steps
- In the Deliveroo app or on the website, go to Account, then Deliveroo Plus.
- Choose to cancel your subscription. You can also see your next payment date there.
- Cancel before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid the next charge.
Good to know
- Changed your mind? You can ask for a full refund within the first 14 days of a paid period. After that there's no refund for a change of mind.
- On a free trial? It turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.
- Cancel by mistake? You can't restart with a free Plus voucher; you'd sign up again at the normal price.
- Trouble cancelling? Contact Deliveroo's Customer Care team through deliveroo.co.uk/contact.
