How to cancel DAZN

The steps from DAZN's own help page, in plain English.

Steps

In the DAZN app tap the profile icon (top right), then My Account, then Subscription.
Scroll to the bottom, tap Cancel subscription, then Continue.
Pick a reason, decline or take the offer shown, then enter your password to finish.

Good to know

Monthly Flex has a 30-day cancellation period, so a final pro-rated payment can still come out.
Annual (pay monthly) is a 12-month contract: cancelling stops the renewal, not the payments left in the term.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon? Cancel there; DAZN can't.
